Concurrent Program Enrolments

Definition of Concurrent Program Enrolment

When a student is enrolled in two programs concurrently either at two different post-secondary educational institutions or within AU as a 'program' student.

In cases where students plan to enrol in two programs concurrently, consultation with their program advisor (or graduate program director) is recommended to discuss the program requirements and the ability to fulfill the requirements of both programs. The ability to enrol in more than one AU program may be limited by the student information system. It is important to include this in the discussion.
